DATA SERVICES:
Primarily for companies who do not have in-house a research data capture function for a variety of reasons:
- They do not have the specialised software
- They do not have trained data capture personnel
- They only need data capture services infrequently
- Existing personnel are unable to cope with workload
In any of these circumstances the client provides the completed questionnaires which are then coded (if necessary), captured and analysed in tabular format.
If required we can also provide a marketing report, graphical representation of data and advanced statistical analyses.
The Survey System software is used for all data capture purposes. This is quick and easy to use and provides for rapid, accurate data capturing, a fast turn around time, timeous completion of projects and a relatively low unit cost. The analysis capabilities of the software enable a wide range of variables to be captured and presented succinctly. A variety of formats is available depending upon the requirements of the client.

Data Interpretation
While one of our activities is the provision of Data Capture services, this, in itself, is not our only concern. Research data of whatever nature is, ultimately, little more than a mountain of paper if it cannot be utilised to full advantage. Any business activity, research or otherwise, can only have one final objective and that is to improve the profitability of the organisation undertaking the activity. The objective of C-Search is quite simply to help you improve your bottom line in the quickest, most efficient way possible.
Every project of whatever size is not approached as a research exercise or activity in isolation. To the contrary, we are primarily concerned with the underlying MARKETING / COMMERCIAL objective with which the research can assist
We prefer to be involved in understanding your specific problem in order to be able to recommend a structured research programme, which can provide the information you require to solve that problem.
Additionally, if at all possible, we like to be involved in "translating" the data into a meaningful and workable commercial or marketing plan of action complete with objectives, recommended strategy and proposed time frame. If required, we will undertake to implement the plan on your behalf if you do not have the necessary skills amongst your existing staff; alternatively we undertake to present the recommended plan to your own staff for implementation.

Data presentation
We have in-house the latest HP colour printers and scanners, which in combination with graphics packages such as Corel Draw, PowerPoint, Harvard Graphics and Corel Gallery enables us to produce a wide variety of business, statistical and technical charts and graphs either in an overhead slide presentation or in an animated screen show.
