OUR PEOPLE:

All our work is undertaken under the supervision of one or more of our qualified staff. Our senior Account Directors are:

Carol A Banks - Managing Director

Honours Graduate in Economics & Statistics (University of Sheffield).
Graduate of the Institute of Personnel Management (UK).
Has worked in a variety of Market and Consumer Research functions for companies such as Reckitt & Colman and British Airways. At present works for C-Search managing the software and data base management side of the business.
Prime responsibility is control of data capture activity to ensure accuracy and timeous completion of projects.
Also responsible for the production of technical tables for analysis and report writing purposes together with the production of data for statistical analysis. Other responsibilities include the design and production of all Presentations and providing installation and training services to new purchasers and existing users of The Survey System Software.
